Music originated from nature. The harmony of nature is as beautiful as a symphony. It has the sounds of wind, ocean, rivers, chirping, and courtship. The nature of this symphony can create a state of tranquility in the human soul.

Humans are rendered by society and endure a variety of stresses. The World Health Organization (WHO) defines health as physical, mental, and social well-being in equilibrium. So, if these personal needs are met, people can live in a joyful frame of mind.
